PallayPack – Model VersaBlock

The PallayPack Model VersaBlock is a compact, versatile and full-featured, servo-equipped monoblock for the automatic filling, plugging*, capping* and labelling* of your products (*when equipped with the required options).

FEATURES:

• Stand Alone Design, complete line-in-one compact monoblock frame;
• Can be mounted on castors and moved to the side when not in use;
• Fully guarded, interlocked for operator protection, meets OSHA regulations;
• HMI touch screen control, 10” full color, with recipe management system;
• Speeds up to 40 per minute on all containers with up to 25ml fill, maximum fill is 120ml;
• Stainless steel / anodized aluminum construction, cGMP, suitable for aseptic products;
• Starwheel indexing with dedicated change parts for quick changeover; the number of change parts and knobs has been minimized for convenience;
• Peristaltic or seal-less ceramic piston filling, with minimal product contact parts;
• Pick and Place plugging and capping, with vacuum plug and cap transfer;
• Fully automated ‘plug and cap’ feeding with dedicated change parts for quick change over;
• Separate servo-controlled torque station and interchangeable cap crimping station;
• Infeed turntable and outfeed tray loading shelf;
• Transfer turntable outfeed, easily integrates with an existing labeller, no need to buy another labeller;
• UL rated electrics, documents, backup software are all included. IQ/OQ documents are optional.
