Tridyne Process Systems – Model F-100 Net Weigh Filler

The Tridyne F-100 Series of Net Weigh Fillers are available in 4 different configurations.  It can be used as a table top model or can be integrated with other industrial bulk filling equipment such as baggers, conveyors, sealers and more.  Products need to be free flowing.

Model F-100 – Single vibratory feed system mostly used for manual operations as a table top unit.

  • Speed is up to 20 dumps per minute (depending on weight/size/density);
  • Standard capacity up to 5 lbs;
  • 3 cu.ft. supply hopper;
  • Stainless steel construction;
  • Strain gauge load cell with accuracy of 0.5% of system capacity;
  • 115V, 60 hz electrics;
  • 60 PSI air requirements.

Model Description

The Tridyne F-100 series uses an Allen Bradley PLC controller and a user friendly touch screen. Tridyne keeps the user controls simple and a help menu is included. You can create custom jobs, save up to 9 jobs and control each aspect of the machine.  The hopper, funnel and weigh bucket can be removed in seconds and washed or wiped down.

  • Food including fresh, frozen, dried foods, powders and bulk products;

  • Miscellaneous including any free flowing dry material.
