The Pharma Packaging Systems Model VitaCount 60 is an electronic tablet counter that handles a wide variety of products including large tablets at speeds up to 60 bottles per minute and is ideally suited for the nutritional and nutraceutical applications.

• Typical speeds of 45 bottles per minute on medium softgels, including translucent softgels, and 38 bottles per minute on size 0 capsules;
• 12-1 configuration. 12 linear vibratory product feed tracks feeding 1 container at a time;

• High-speed infrared sensors scanning at 34,000 times per second for high accuracy counting of all tablets and capsules as well as transparent soft and hard gelatine capsules;
